How it works?

Add us to your home screen (App)

Did you know this website works like a real app? For the best experience, we recommend installing it on your phone. This way, you have no address bar in view and your screen stays on while cooking!

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Tap the Share button (bottom of Safari).
  2. Scroll down and tap 'Add to Home Screen'.
  3. Tap 'Add'.

Android

  1. Tap the 3 dots (top right in Chrome).
  2. Tap 'Install app' or 'Add to home screen'.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Cook Mode

When BBQing, you have messy hands and don't want to keep unlocking your phone. Our Cook Mode combines interactive guidance with a 'stay-awake' function.

  • Screen stays on: Your phone won't go on standby as long as Cook Mode is active.
  • Interactive Guide: Step-by-step guidance that keeps track of exactly where you are.
  • Dark Mode: Cook Mode is always dark, so it doesn't blind you at night and saves battery.

Interactive Checklists

Never lose track again. Every part of a recipe is interactive and checkable.

  • Ingredients: Check off what you've already grabbed or have in your shopping cart.
  • Steps: Tap a (sub)step to cross it off. The app focuses immediately on your next action.
  • Auto-scrolling: The app automatically scrolls to the next step as soon as you check one off.
Tip: You'll see a pulsing glow on the step you should be working on now.

Save recipes to your personal list. These are stored on your device, so you don't need an account!

Shopping List

Add all ingredients from a recipe to your list with one tap. You can also add your own separate items.

Pitmaster Calculator

Feeding more or fewer people? Adjust the number of Pitmasters with the + and - buttons. All quantities recalculate automatically.
