Passion for the Fire
What started with a simple Weber and a few pork belly slices quickly grew into a serious obsession with 'Low & Slow' culture. We are Joost and Marciano, the faces behind the Apeldoornsche Vleeseters.
Our mission? To show that barbecue is much more than just burning meat on a grate. It's about mastering the temperature, choosing the right wood, and of course, the conviviality that arises as soon as the coals start to glow.
