Prepare BBQ

Preheat BBQ to approx. 200°C. If using a plancha, let it get very hot.

Toast Sugar Bread

Butter the sugar bread slices on both sides.

Toast on the plancha until golden brown and the sugar is lightly caramelized.

Grill Burgers

Grill burgers until cooked.

At the end, add the cheese mix so it melts beautifully.

Assemble

2 tbsp Spicy mayo2 tbsp Pickled red onion

Spread spicy mayo on the toasted sugar bread.

Place the burger with melted cheese on top.

Top with pickled onions and cover with the second slice of bread.

Serve

Cut into quarters for mini sliders - ideal for brunch or as a snack.
